A. ORDINANCE NO. 2017-07 – Providing for the total prohibition and ban of medical marijuana treatment center dispensing facilities from being located within the boundaries of the town – Second and Final Reading
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 157.315 (C)(1) BY REMOVING RFEFERENCES TO MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES; REPEALING SECTION 157.315 (D) (3) IN ITS ENTIRETY; AMENDING THE SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS; CREATING SECTION 157.510; PROVIDING FOR THE TOTAL PROHIBITION AND BAN OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA TREATMENT CENTER DISPENSING FACILITIES FROM BEING LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN; THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA COVERED; REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
